The role

We are excited to share that there is a fantastic opportunity to lead the 99 Bikes UK business. The UK is an important future growth pillar of the Pedal Group, and having recently acquired Hargroves Cycles with 4 stores in the South West of England, this is an exciting opportunity to lead our newest business.

Role overview:

• Full responsibility of the 99 Bikes UK strategy, operations & financial performance
• Lead the UK team & personally leading by example
• Setting the foundation of a strong tailored retail business model to grow from
• Long term thinking perspective around vision & communication, balanced with short term
• Ownership around setting a culture across the UK aligned to our philosophies
• Delivering performance to support further investment & confidence into the UK businesses
• Role reporting to Pedal Group CEO
