Where you’ll be working
This position is based at the Community Health Centre at Royal North Shore Hospital, providing services across the Northern Sydney Local Health District.

    The intention of the NSLHD MHDA is to provide recovery-oriented, trauma informed services that are guided by evidence based practices and collaboration.

The position of Executive Assistant to the Clinical Director of Drug and Alcohol Service is based at Royal North Shore Hospital, Community Health Centre. This position is responsible for the provision of high-level administrative support to the Clinical Director, Drug and Alcohol Service.

In addition, the position will provide administrative support to Drug and Alcohol Service staff.

People of Aboriginal and/or Torres Strait Islander background are encouraged to apply.

Candidates will need to meet the following criteria:

Ability to organise executive meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes and to write complex documents
Excellent organisational, time management and problem-solving skills, a proven ability to work autonomously, under pressure and to prioritise and meet deadlines
Proven digital skills including proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access, and with experience in Healthroster, iProcurement, Winc, SourceIt, Design & Print.
