An exciting opportunity has arisen for a permanent Administrative Support Worker (Access to Work) within the NHS. This role involves providing one-to-one and group-based support to two or three employees with learning disabilities and/or autism, helping them succeed in their roles.

The successful candidate will assist with administrative and practical tasks, including email and diary management, meeting preparation, organization, and time management techniques. The role also requires empowering support, ensuring that individuals can work effectively while maintaining their independence.

This position offers flexible working arrangements, including part-time hours, job sharing, and remote work, with an office base in Wellington Place, Leeds.
