Main duties of the job

Duties for the role include having excellent communication skills, ability to work under pressure in a fast paced environment and experience of customer care. Meeting and greeting patients at the front desk is an integral part of the role. Training will be provided, however, experience of using EPR is desirable.

Education and professional qualifications

Essential criteria

  • NVQ Level 3 or equivalent
Experience

  • Experience of working in a public/patient facing role

  • Previous work experience in a healthcare setting
  • Experience of working with EPR, Cerner or similar Patient Administration Services
