Job Overview

We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for analysing business processes, identifying needs, and developing solutions to enhance efficiency and productivity.

Key Responsibilities:
Process definition:
  • Requirements capture and analysis to support definition of the processes necessary to be uplifted to support the target operating model for the Cloud implementation.
  • Detailed definition (including R&Rs) of processes supporting impacted capabilities on the Cloud Platform.
Operating Model Development:
  • In conjunction with the Operating Model Design lead, support design and definition of a comprehensive operating model tailored to the cloud platform implementation at the Bank, ensuring alignment with business objectives.
  • Develop detailed documentation, including process flows, operating procedures, and governance models.
  • Definition of the target organization and expected roles.
Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Engage with various business units to understand their needs and ensure the cloud platform meets organizational requirements.
  • Facilitate workshops and meetings to drive consensus and validate operating model designs.
Technical Collaboration:
  • Work closely with the IT and cloud architecture teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment of the proposed operating model.
  • Translate business requirements into technical specifications and support the implementation process.
Change Management:
  • Support change management in definition of the Change Impact Assessment (CIA).
  • Support development and implementation of change management plans to ensure smooth transition to the new operating model.
  • Provide training and support to stakeholders to facilitate adoption of the cloud platform.
Essential Skills/Experience:
  • Proven ability to define and document detailed operating models and business processes.
  • Previous experience of operating model design within large, high complexity transformation programs.
  • Experience working in conjunction with change management and training development teams.
  • Cloud operating model design experience, preferably in Azure.

Desired Skills:

  • Experience with project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum).
  • Proficiency in using analysis tools and software.

Job Type: Fixed term contract
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: ยฃ400.00-ยฃ450.00 per day
