What you will do:
- use data and create metrics/dashboards to identify improvements opportunities.
- lead cross-functional projects to improve customer experience and operational efficiency.
- drive strategic projects for North America, and equip executive leaders with information and advice to make fact-based decisions.
- write and communicate effectively with stakeholders across the globe.
- drive automation of data sources working side-by-side with groups like Ericsson Group Data & Analytics team
The skills you bring:
- a steadfast drive to solve tough problems
- the ability to construct data visualizations in Excel, PowerBI or similar BI tools
- the ability to quickly identify root causes by using large data sets
- consulting skills and the ability to think strategically
- the ability to quickly adapt and pivot in a constantly changing business environment
- the motivation to learn and constantly improve processes and tools
- the people skills required to work with all roles within Ericsson
- courage to challenge leadership and our current ways of working
- the ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form
- advanced MS Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills
- the ability to work effectively independently and in teams
- Experience with Power BI, Power Query, Power Apps, or data analytics tools
- Experience in Agile, Lean Six Sigma, and change management
Salary Range:
- Bachelors: $63,000
- Masters: $70,000
Hiring Bonus:
- Bachelors: $8,500
- Masters: $11,500
