We are looking for Campaign Manager who will be responsible for supporting and executing the marketing plans and will report to the Market Unit North Marketing Manager, located in Coventry, UK.

Job Overview:

HMS Networks is seeking a Campaign Manager to execute our marketing strategy to promote our Industrial Internet of Things (IIoT) products and solutions.

The primary role is to create integrated marketing campaigns based on core vertical segments, design & execute strong and innovative digital and content marketing campaigns using SEM, Social media (In particular LinkedIn) & email marketing to drive traffic to the various company brand domains and generate interest / leads in the HMS Networks product portfolio for UK and EMEA countries to meet its departmental goals and KPIs. Create engaging written, graphic and video content for our IIoT products and solutions.

Candidate to have a strong grasp of current marketing tools and strategies to increase awareness of the brand online and develop further our existing successes. Trial the latest tools and strategies to reach new customers and retain existing customers.

Must be highly motivated and be able to handle multiple campaigns.

Main Duties:

  • Work with the MU North Marketing Director to deliver the Market Unit Northern Europe & ROW marketing strategy
  • Proactively design, write and execute marketing campaign journeys / initiatives
  • Manage paid campaigns (search, display, re-marketing) email and social media, whilst collaborating with external agencies
  • Align digital marketing programs with the sales & marketing plans, ensuring email content and web landing pages are optimised for maximum impact throughout the customer journey
  • Providing the guidance and tools to drive additional qualified traffic into the multiple brand domains
  • Compile regular reports of campaign performance and results, using findings to improve future campaign
  • Support sales on product campaigns and initiatives
  • Create supporting materials and communications for sales and distributors
  • Responsible for event management including in-person trade shows, webinars, roundtables and company events
  • Ensure that the organisation’s brand and identity are adhered to in campaigns and in all communication channels
  • Carry out additional activities to help HMS Networks to achieve their goals and objectives, i.e, attend roadshows, support marketing activities for channel partners, database cleaning etc…


Work Experience:

  • Digital marketing professional with 3-5 years’ experience in a B2B environment. (Preferable within Industrial Automation)
  • Experience in creating impactful campaigns to secure customer acquisition & retention
  • Write digital copy – skills to deliver best-in-class content
  • Manage SEM / SEO, email, social media and PPC advertising campaigns
  • Analyse insights to build successful marketing campaigns. Testing & refining campaigns is essential.
  • Regular reporting on campaign performance.
  • Event management – digital & physical


  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong copywriting and editing skills
  • Must be a self-starter with energy, drive, and determination to accomplish goals and demonstrated ability to multi-task, set priorities, stay focused, and set clear milestones
  • Collaborate with teams to deliver campaigns
  • Ability to deliver simultaneous initiatives
  • Good organisation and time management skills, able to demonstrate ability to forward plan
  • Ability to think logically and clearly under pressure and to complete tasks to a high standard within timeframe and financial budgets


Specialist Competence:

  • Knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier Pro)
  • Experience in Marketing Automation Tools, e.g., Dynamics 365,HubSpot…
  • MS Office, Google Analytics and AdWords
  • Working knowledge of graphic design programs, including Adobe Suite Design Tools
  • Knowledge of SEO and website design
  • Proficient in LinkedIn advertising

Education Required:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing or similar other qualification
  • Certificate in Marketing (CIM) – Desirable
  • Institute of Direct marketing (IDM) – Desirable
  • Project Management Training – Desirable
