An exceptional opportunity is available for a Clinical Lead at an independent mixed practice with hospital status, located within easy reach of Manchester, Liverpool, and the Lake District. This practice has been faithfully serving its clients for over 75 years, offering a diverse caseload and a supportive, collaborative environment.

Purpose-built premises with advanced tools and technology including ultrasonography, digital x-ray, endoscopy, hydrotherapy, K-laser, and more.

Team of 14 experienced vets, offering a wealth of knowledge and mentorship opportunities.

Role Responsibilities:

Provide clinical leadership and mentorship to the team.

Offer specialized guidance for complex cases.

Collaborate with management to ensure smooth practice operations and uphold high care standards.

Rota:

4-day work week

1 in 4 weekends
