Communications Intern

THE ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

This is an exciting opportunity for an organized and passionate individual, who can build strong cross-functional relationships, and who has excellent organizational and time management skills. Responsibilities will include:

•  Support the day-to-day running of the press office, including day to day tasks and administrative duties
• Support all sample management for editorial and paid projects liaising with both internal and external stakeholders
• Ensure contact databases are monitored and consistently updated, and ensure all UK press samples are monitored in Fashion GPS
• Monitor daily UK coverage across print, digital and social and support with compiling weekly and campaign-specific reports in liaison with global teams
• Assist the PR assistant in seasonal press gifting
• Support the co-ordination of UK press events and experiences
• Assist with invoicing, including raising, processing and tracking PO’s
• Additional ad hoc support to the UK influence and community team during busy periods
