Job Description:
The Band 5 Community Bladder and Bowel Staff Nurse will provide safe, compassionate, and person-centred care while respecting patient dignity and human rights. The role involves assessing patient needs, planning individualized care programs, and overseeing their delivery independently or as part of a team. The nurse will supervise junior staff, ensure effective communication across multidisciplinary teams, and contribute to clinical service development. Responsibilities include clinical care, administrative duties, medication management, and patient discharge planning.
