About The Role:

  • Functional skill with HTML/CSS without reliance upon WYSIWYG editor to work with web pages
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills and the ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical individuals
  • Strong organization skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and timelines simultaneously
  • Ability to solve issues creatively
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively with all levels of staff and management
  • Ability to preserve integrity of the design throughout the entire development process
  • Ability to think operationally and strategically; analyze issues, use sound judgement, generate new ideas and go beyond the status quo

What makes you a dream candidate?

  • Understanding of website content publishing and web page development
  • Understanding of HTML5, CSS, and fundamental JavaScript
  • Understanding of search engine optimization, search engine marketing, user experience and analytics
  • Understanding of navigation and GUI for maximizing usability in responsive, accessible, multi-language sites and email templates
  • Understanding of Web Content Management systems, such as Wordpress, Drupal, Joomla or enterprise CMS systems Adobe Experience Cloud suite of products; including but not limited to: Experience Manager, Audience Manager, Launch, Target, & Campaign preferred

Qualifications:

Education and Experience:

  • 0-2 years of Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Dreamweaver, Illustrator, XD) experience preferred
  • Associate Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent experience required
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Computer Science or equivalent experience preferred
  • 0-2 years of web design/development and/or web producing experience required
  • 0-2 years of experience building websites with HTML, CSS and JavaScript required
  • 0-2 years of web publishing Content Management Systems experience required
