Job Description

This newly created role will see you owning the creation and assisting in the execution of marketing content to support new innovation ideas, driving product and category growth and working alongside Australian media and publishing’s brightest minds.

What’s the role?

  • Differentiate News Corp digital from the competition by producing high quality, engaging marketing content across all platforms.
  • Plan, develop and execute marketing content projects (whilst working closely with the wider Client Product team and associated internal teams)
  • Lead and own projects from start to finish
  • Collaborate closely with the Senior Data and Ad Product Marketing Manager to ensure a smooth, effective production process
  • Develop assets and communications for GTM planning
  • Assist with copy for all marketing collateral, including video, imagery, deck design, and social creative
  • Briefing internal creative teams for major trade events
  • Work hand-in-hand with digital Product Managers and Commercial Leads to define project scopes, requirements, and ensure delivery within scope
  • Work closely with internal teams to build product knowledge
  • Work with wider Ad Product Commercial Team to deliver on revenue outcomes

Who are you?

  • 4+ years in a creative content production role
  • Degree qualified with a major in marketing or business
  • Marketing/agency/communications background with a good understanding on running concurrent campaigns
  • Demonstrable proficiency in design and video creative/editing tools
  • Creativity, passion, and a keen eye for storytelling – someone who can take our ideas and create something unique, emotive, and persuasive
  • Strong communication skills (written and verbal), coupled with outstanding stakeholder management
  • Ability to influence senior stakeholders
  • Ability to work in a fast paced environment and articulate technical issues to a non-technical audience.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and ensure everything meets the deadline.
