Job Overview

As a Lead Digital Performance Analyst within NHS England’s Product and Platforms team, you will drive the analytics and reporting framework for digital product and service performance, focusing on areas like workforce, finance, and HR data. This role entails developing a performance analytics platform, enhancing data quality, and ensuring governance across digital delivery teams.

You will lead a small team of analysts and collaborate with external resources as needed, ensuring that high-quality performance data is available for decision-making at various levels.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support the development of outcome-based reporting for digital product and service performance.

Develop and maintain dashboards and reports for key stakeholders and senior management.

Present data insights to support decision-making at all levels within NHS England’s Transformation Directorate.

Drive initiatives to improve data quality, data integrity, and governance across delivery teams.

Represent the Deputy Director of Product Delivery and Operations at key data meetings.

Stay current on trends in digital analytics, best practices, and emerging technologies.
