Disability Operations Manager

Job Purpose:
The post holder will be responsible for the operational management of the newly combined Disability Operations Team within Student Wellbeing. This combines responsibility for the Needs Assessment Centre and Register of Support Providers teams who facilitate funded disability support for students. Responsibilities include managing relationships with funding bodies, conducting audits and financial processing, and providing formal reporting to ensure compliance with funding guidance. Additionally providing strategic oversight of the Disability Operations Team, to drive continuous improvement in all areas of service delivery.
Please note a satisfactory background check received from Access NI will be reqired after interview and before appointment.
