Overview:

The Education Programme Co-ordinator (GP) role is part of the Workforce, Training, and Education (WT&E) Directorate within NHS England. This position involves operational support for medical and dental education programmes, including responsibilities like national recruitment, programme management, assessments, and rotations.

The role is focused on ensuring that healthcare professionals are equipped with the skills and training necessary to deliver high-quality patient care. The successful candidate will work closely with Education Programme Managers and Officers to implement local processes while adhering to national policies.

This position is part of the Postgraduate Medical and Dental Education Team, which supports the development and training of healthcare staff across regions in the South East, including Kent, Surrey, Sussex, Thames Valley, Hampshire, Dorset, Isle of Wight, Salisbury, and the States of Jersey.
