The Field Service Technician will be responsible for providing high-level technical phone and hands-on/onsite support to clients. The Technicians should be self-starters and able to tackle issues head-on. Phone support and driving onsite to client locations are required for this position.
Answer HelpDesk calls in the office and Provide remote and onsite solutions to client needs. Plan and execute upgrades and installs. Maintain database of client information. Deliver and install computer and networking hardware as needed. Maintain detailed timesheet for weekly submission. Work with users of all levels.
