This is an opportunity for you to enhance the delivery of our financial assessments service in an organisation that will value your contribution and encourage you to develop your existing skills.

You will play a key role in accurately and efficiently dealing with enquiries and the financial assessment of service users contribution towards the cost of their care, the collection of these charges and any associated debt recovery. You will need to be able to work under pressure in a busy and changing office environment.

For this post you must be committed to a high level of customer service and will be able to demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills with people from all backgrounds. Accuracy and attention to detail is essential. You will have a professional, proactive and enthusiastic approach coupled with the ability to use your initiative and judgement to provide effective solutions to problems.

The ability to greet customers through the medium of Welsh is a requirement for this post.

Protecting children, young people or adults at risk is a core responsibility of all council employees.
