Information Officer
Temporary Part Time until January 2026
A temporary position is open for an Information Officer to join the Information Management Team.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Assist in managing Councilโ€™s Corporate Memory (information received and created by the organisation)
  • Assisting the Information Coordinator with data flow
  • Data entry
  • Mail sorting and distributing
  • Scanning and registering correspondence
  • Archival maintenance
  • Handling counter and telephone enquiries
  • Lifting and transporting heavy archive boxes

A current Police Check (within last six months) is required before employment.

What we can offer you
This temporary part-time position offers $31.85 per hour with 14.5% superannuation. It involves working 22.8 hours per week until January 2026. Working days and hours are negotiable, with a preferred starting time between 8.00-8.30am.
