American National is seeking an Insurance Agent to lead our new office! We are looking for someone with a strong entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to manage their own business with the assistance from our team of qualified professionals. Paid training is provided if you meet our qualifications.
Training pay starts at $5,000 per month.
Training lasts for 3 months at which point you will begin receiving commission-based pay
Our agents make in excess of 100k per year on average.
Responsibilities:
Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
Prospect and contact potential customers
Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of the latest developments
Create sales material to present to customers
Qualifications:
Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields is a plus
Experience Networking/Prospecting a plus
Must be Competitive
Must be Driven
Ability to build rapport with clients
Strong negotiation skills
Deadline and detail-oriented
Some college preffered
Job Types: Full-time, Commission
Pay: $1,250.00 per week
