*Job Overview*
We are seeking a highly skilled and multilingual IT User Support Technician to join our dynamic team and play a pivotal role in enhancing customer service and driving retention. This individual will be instrumental in differentiating our company by providing comprehensive after-sales support, including help desk troubleshooting and hardware repair services.
*Duties*
Providing onsite and video call assistance to corporate customers, addressing their technical queries, and offering support for software-related issues.
Offering emergency support in case of system failures, ensuring swift resolution to minimize downtime and disruptions.
Providing training sessions for end-users to enhance their understanding of IT systems, security protocols, and best practices.
Developing and maintaining documentation for troubleshooting procedures, system configurations, and IT infrastructure architecture.
Performing hardware repairs on devices sent by clients, ensuring the optimal functionality of the equipment.
Installing software for new orders, ensuring a seamless and efficient setup for clients’ systems.
Customizing PCs based on clients’ requirements, ensuring tailored solutions that meet specific needs.
Designing and implementing network solutions for companies, including network installation, configuration, and ongoing support.
Collaborating with vendors to address faulty parts, managing expiry, and ordering new parts to maintain a well-functioning IT infrastructure.
Carrying out monthly maintenance and performance optimization of clients’ machines, including the installation of updates to enhance system efficiency.
Collaborating with clients to provide support and installation services, ensuring a smooth integration of IT solutions.
Demonstrating flexibility in handling diverse tasks, from remote assistance to hands-on hardware repairs, network installations, and vendor communication.
*Skills*
Minimum of 2 years of proven experience as an IT user support technician.
Ability to effectively communicate in English, Hindi, and Punjabi, catering to a diverse customer base.
In-depth knowledge of hardware components and hands-on experience in hardware repair services to ensure the optimal functionality of devices.
Proficiency in various operating systems, including but not limited to Windows, macOS, and Linux, to navigate and troubleshoot across diverse platforms.
Familiarity with a diverse range of software applications and the ability to troubleshoot software-related issues efficiently.
Understanding of basic networking concepts and the ability to address network-related problems to maintain a seamless IT infrastructure.
Knowledge of IT security best practices to ensure the integrity and confidentiality of customer information and company data.
Excellent communication skills with a customer-centric approach.
Ability to work independently and contribute to a positive work environment
Job Types: Full-time, Graduate
Pay: £39,000.00-£44,000.00 per year
