The Junior Marketing Analyst will analyze data and provide insights to support key business decisions and online website initiatives for Full Sail DC3, a department of Full Sail University. This individual will be responsible for overseeing DC3โ€™s marketing campaign performance and ecommerce operations. This person will work closely with all areas of the marketing department to ensure online sales goals are met. A successful candidate will have high attention to detail, an entrepreneurial outlook, and be forward-thinking.Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Analyze and report on DC3โ€™s marketing campaigns, website data, and user experiences to improve website performance and meet or exceed sales goals.
  • Work directly with leadership for innovation of campaigns and webpages for rapid A/B testing of ads, site structure, marketing copy, and design.
  • Ability to identify online user website friction and offer various optimization recommendations.
  • Tracking of marketing performance and provide insights for optimization of campaigns.
  • Report on core marketing KPIs, website trends, and sales metrics to stakeholders.
  • Analyze trends in customer purchases, evaluate online buying changes and streamline DC3โ€™s sales funnel as needed.
  • SEO and keyword density analysis for growth and optimization of organic site traffic.
  • Efficiently drive marketing and website optimizations to meet sales goals.
  • Collaborate across departments to communicate upcoming CRM or website changes and dataflows.

Competencies:

  • A deep desire or curiosity to ask questions and seek out answers beyond service level analytics.
  • Strong understanding of key performance metrics including CPL, CPA, and ROI.
  • Ability to understand website data including page views, session duration, pages per session, bounce rates, traffic sources, site visitor types, etc.
  • Ability to self-manage, prioritize, and maintain many complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to effectively communicate and work collaboratively across departments.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage deadlines.
  • Must be detailed-oriented and have strong problem-solving skills.

Education and/or Experience:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Advertising, Marketing, Communications or related field required.
  • 0-3 years working experience in a marketing analytics role.
  • Experience in Quantum Metric, a Digital Analytics Platform, would be beneficial.

Computer/Equipment Skills:

  • Strong proficiency in Excel a must
  • Strong understanding of website and ecommerce key performance metrics
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills

Environmental Factors/Physical Demands:
Work is performed in an office environment. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to have the ability to maintain active customer and employee communication; access, input and retrieve information from the computer systems; enter alphanumeric data into a computerized system; and attend in person and online meetings. May be subject to bending, reaching, kneeling, stooping and lifting up to thirty (30) pounds.
