Role Overview:
The university seeks an enthusiastic Lecturer/Senior Lecturer in Accounting and Finance to join its vibrant team. The role involves teaching across undergraduate and postgraduate programs, providing pastoral and academic support to students, and contributing to research in Accounting and Finance or related fields. A commitment to embedding work-readiness, practical skills, and digital literacy into teaching is essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Deliver high-quality teaching through seminars, tutorials, and lectures.
Provide academic and pastoral support to students.
Engage in curriculum development that aligns with industry standards and future trends.
Develop and maintain a research profile in Accounting and Finance.
Participate in administrative duties and collaborate on departmental activities.
Qualifications and Experience:
Proven expertise in teaching Accounting and Finance at undergraduate and/or postgraduate levels.
Strong research potential in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
Commitment to innovative teaching practices and student engagement.
