Job Purpose:
The key focus of the role is to deliver undergraduate teaching and support learning in Drama and other subject areas as appropriate. This includes, but is not limited to, coordinating and teaching on existing modules; supporting studentsโ independent learning through effective use of the BlackBoard Ultra virtual learning environment; student assessment, and project supervision. You will work closely with the rest of the teaching team in developing collaborative projects with students, industry partners and colleagues from other disciplines across the school and the faculty.
While the emphasis of the post is on contributing to the delivery of taught provision and support for the student experience, the successful postholder will be able to access research support through UoA33 Music, Drama, Dance, Performing Arts, Film and Screen Studies, ranked joint first in the UK for world-leading 4* research impact and with 73% of our research judged as world-leading or internationally excellent in REF2021.
