Job Description
Complete the leadership training program requiring guided, independent study. Interface with appropriate Support Center and Service Center associates in the completion of various aspects of the training program on a daily basis. Accompany and observe an Account Manager during customer sales calls. Accompany drivers on local delivery routes to garner an understanding of the freight delivery process on occasion.
Qualifications: For this role, you will need to have a Bachelor’s Degree in Transportation or Logistics or 2 years of related work experience, an acceptable driving history that meets Company standards, ability and willingness to relocate, strong verbal, written, listening, and communication skills; ability to maintain a professional demeanor and appearance, basic computer skills, very strong work ethic.
