Salary: £53,755 – £60,504 per annum
Job Type: Permanent, Full-time (37.5 hours per week, Monday – Friday)

The NHS North West Maternity Regional Team is seeking a motivated and experienced Maternity Programme Manager to support the delivery of national maternity transformation priorities. This role requires strong programme management skills, excellent communication, and the ability to collaborate with clinical leaders, stakeholders, and maternity service providers.

Main Responsibilities:

Programme and project management

Stakeholder communication and engagement

Change management and improvement science

Pathway redesign in maternity services

Providing maternity-specific managerial expertise

Qualifications and Experience:

Project/Programme Management qualification (e.g., Prince 2, MSP) or willingness to complete

Strategic/system-level programme management experience

Knowledge of maternal/perinatal/neonatal services (desirable)

Skills in managing diverse stakeholder relationships
