Overview
We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the administrative operations of our office. The ideal candidate will be organised, detail-oriented, and possess strong communication skills to effectively manage office tasks and personnel.

Duties
– Perform clerical and administrative duties to ensure efficient office operations
– Manage human resources functions such as employee onboarding and maintaining personnel records
– Utilise QuickBooks for financial record-keeping and reporting
– Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support as needed
– Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary
– Handle phone calls and correspondence with professionalism and excellent phone etiquette
– Organise office events and meetings, ensuring smooth coordination
– Implement and maintain office policies and procedures

Requirements

– We are looking for a person with an IT degree or relevant experience.
– Proven experience in an administrative or office management role
– Proficiency in QuickBooks and other office software applications
– Strong organisational skills with the ability to multitask effectively
– Excellent communication skills to liaise with team members and external contacts
– Experience in team management and supervision is advantageous

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: £38,700.00 per year
