Job Title: Principal Direct Marketing Campaigns Management (multiple openings)

Job Location: Riverwoods, Illinois

Job Type: Full Time

Duties: Manages the direct marketing campaign delivery process. Executes campaigns including audience definitions, creative developments, test and control designs, budgeting, targeting, analyses, reporting, compliance, optimizations, and insights. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Information Systems, or a related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Market Research Analyst-related occupation.

Position required skills: The position requires experience in: Direct and Financial Services marketing; Project managing tools using Jira, Miro Board, Visio, or Lucidboard; Process management and simplification; Program management using NEO, Workfront, MS Office, and Unica; Marketing results using Excel, PowerPoint, and Tableau; Process mapping using Blueworks Live or Visio; and Data management programs including Excel, Tableau, SAS, and Snowflake.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $122,839.00 to $153,400.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market-competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
