Job Title: Principal Product Owner (multiple openings)

Job Location: Riverwoods, Illinois

Job Type: Full Time

Duties: Interacts and collaborates with stakeholders on key product considerations and aligns with product vision, features and roadmap. Leverages customer insights, feedback, financials, compliance, and risk data to define product features and roadmap in partnership with other SMEs. Telecommuting and/or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies. Up to 10% of Domestic (U.S.) travel is required.

Requirements: Employer will accept a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Science, or a related field and 6 years of experience in the job offered or in a Product Owner or Analyst -related occupation.

Position required skills: The position requires experience in the following: Digital product management; Development of Product Roadmaps; Story grooming using JIRA and RALLY; AFe Agile, Scrum, and Waterfall SDLC Methodologies; Web Technologies Foundations (Client-Server Architecture, XML, HTML, JSON). SOAP, REST Web Services, and Microservice Architecture. Understanding of basic scripting in Linux/Unix environment.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program

Rate of Pay: The base pay for this position generally ranges between $113,500.00 to $170,500.00. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market-competitive total compensation package. Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
