About the Role
The Programme Support Officer plays a vital role in the North West School of Foundation Training and Physicians Associates team. The role involves supporting and managing projects, initiatives, and services while ensuring the effective use of data, information, and technology. The position is key to enabling high-quality education and training across medical and dental postgraduate programs.
Main Responsibilities:
Work collaboratively to implement specific workstreams and team functions.
Deliver comprehensive senior administrative services.
Serve as a point of contact for external stakeholders, doctors, learners, and trainers.
Supervise and manage team members, ensuring records are accurate and up to date.
Collaborate with clinical faculty, universities, NHS trusts, and other stakeholders to ensure consistent service delivery in training programs.
