The Joe Oz Real Estate Group (Oz Group) is one of a handful of teams in New Jersey that has been hand selected by Zillow to represent their clients at a local level. Since inception, we have been able to maintain one of the highest conversion rates in the country.

If you’re looking to increase your production in 2023, we can help. Regardless if you have 30 days or 30 years of experience, if you can handle a high volume of business, we’re the place for you. Our agents consistently open 2-3 transactions a month within their first 60 days with our company provided leads.
In 2022, Oz Group successfully closed 100+ transactions, resulting in over $40M volume. Over half of that came directly from our online lead sources (Zillow Partner, Open Door, Home Light, etc.)

Responsibilities:
List and sell residential real estate.
Negotiate purchase agreements and contracts with buyers and sellers.
Prepare market analysis to help determine property value
Educate clients on basic real estate procedures
WORK HARD FOR YOUR CLIENTS AND REAP THE REWARDS

Our exclusive to Oz Group value prop:

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,226.91 – $196,492.21 per year

Benefits: Flexible schedule

Schedule: Monday to Friday
Self-determined schedule
Weekend availability

Supplemental pay types: Bonus pay
Commission pay
