Role Overview:

The Recruitment Service Administrator will join the Medical and Dental Recruitment and Selection (MDRS) team to support recruitment operations across NHS England. Based in any NHS England office, this role involves administrative and project support, stakeholder communication, and effective running of recruitment services. This includes tasks such as data collation, financial and project support, managing meeting schedules, maintaining team diaries, and enhancing recruitment systems.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide high-quality administrative and project support to enable efficient service delivery

Support applicants, regional recruitment teams, and clinical leaders

Serve as the secretariat for the MDRS programme, coordinating regular meetings and working groups

Organize and manage data, financial information, and project documentation

Maintain efficient team diaries and filing systems

Review and improve recruitment systems and processes

Qualifications Required:

A Level (or equivalent qualification) or equivalent relevant experience

Proficiency in software such as Word, PowerPoint, and Excel

Experience in minute taking, administrative tasks, and a good understanding of NHS processes is preferred

Strong communication and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple priorities

Career Level: Band 4

Experience: Administrative experience, specifically within recruitment and project support, is preferred.

Visa Sponsorship: Yes (NHS England holds a Sponsor Licence, supporting eligible candidates under the Skilled Worker route if they meet Home Office requirements).
