Overview
We’re seeking a proactive and dynamic Sales and Marketing Associate to join our team. The SMA will understand and satisfy client needs by implementing best practices for the resolution of all assigned client issue(s)/concern(s)/complaint(s), collecting and analyzing data, and improving the overall client experience. This role combines account management with marketing efforts, using social media and website content to drive customer engagement, promote our services, and enhance information flow between our business and clients. The Account Manager will work closely with sales, marketing, and content teams to ensure clients receive top-notch support and consistent, impactful communication.
Key Responsibilities:
Account Management:
Partner Support & Relationship Building:
Manage the implementation and ongoing support of SaaS programs, maintaining high client satisfaction to ensure the longevity of modules.
Develop and nurture strong relationships with partners, acting as a trusted resource through proactive communication and support. Regularly communicate with partners to understand their needs, provide solutions, and support their objectives with our services.
Identify and develop partner opportunities, apply consultative sales techniques, and handle quotes. invoicing, and renewals for assigned accounts. Track and forecast sales goals, utilizing CRM reports to inform and achieve targets.
Prepare and deliver performance reports, account reviews, and presentations as needed to keep partners informed and engaged.
Product & Market Knowledge:
Conducting or co-leading virtual and in-person product demonstrations for new and current clients, addressing ongoing training needs to ensure effective use of tools and modules.
Collaborate on creating and reviewing customized documentation for new client installations, tailoring resources to meet each School Board’s requirements.
Stay updated on new products, services, industry trends, and competitor activities to align offerings with evolving client needs and maintain relevance within the competitive landscape.
Attend User Group meetings bi-annually, select conferences, and other client-focused events to represent the company, stay connected with client needs, and gather industry insights.
Marketing Integration:
Collaborate with the marketing team to align client messaging with company branding and campaigns.
Use social media channels to promote successes with our products and services, and industry-related content, engaging clients and building brand awareness.
Contribute to content strategy by suggesting topics and themes that address common client questions and highlight client success stories.
Track and analyze the performance of marketing initiatives aimed at client engagement and sales support.
Social Media and Website Content:
Manage content flow between the company website and social media channels to keep clients informed about news, events, and product updates.
Work with the content team to ensure that the website reflects current, accurate, and engaging content relevant to customer needs.
Monitor engagement metrics and provide insights to improve content effectiveness on social media and the website.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $38,487.00-$45,136.00 per year
