Salary: £26,530 – £29,114 per annum, pro rata

The South West Clinical Senate is seeking a Senate Administrator to join their team. This permanent, part-time role involves providing administrative support to the Clinical Senate, which offers independent clinical advice to commissioners across the region on strategic healthcare topics. The Senate Administrator will manage office systems, support Senate meetings (including minuting), maintain the website, and assist with communications through social media and other channels. The role requires strong organizational, communication, and IT skills, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines efficiently.

Qualifications & Experience:

NVQ Level 4 or equivalent in a relevant subject

Significant administrative or secretarial experience, with the ability to manage office systems and prioritize workloads

Proficiency in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint)

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Visa Sponsorship: Available (Subject to Home Office requirements)
