The Opportunity:

As a technical Demo Strategist, you will play a critical role in showcasing Adobe’s innovative technology to potential clients and partners. You will be responsible for coordinating and ensuring that our pre-sales teams have all the necessary resources and support to demonstrate the art of the possible with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) and Adobe GenStudio and related technologies. This role requires an understanding of technology demonstration roles such as solution consulting, Adobe XD, Figma, walnut.io, goconsensus.com, and Adobe experience cloud technologies, coupled with strong project management skills and the ability to collaborate effectively within a dynamic team environment.

What You’ll Do Pre-Sales Ecosystem Coordination:

  • Collaborate with pre-sales teams to understand their specific needs for technical demos.
  • Establish and maintain relationships with internal teams, partners, and external customers to gather necessary assets and information. Technical Expertise:
  • Develop a deep understanding of AEM, GenStudio, and related technologies.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in Adobe technology and identify innovative ways to showcase them. Project Management & Resourcing:
  • Set and coordinate demo priorities across demo tools teams, other solutions, and industry needs.
  • Create and maintain project plans for each pre-sales demonstration, ensuring all goals and deadlines are met.
  • Monitor project progress, identify potential roadblocks, and proactively address issues to keep demos on track.
  • Lead the procurement and distribution of hardware and software resources required for demonstrations. Collaboration:
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams within Adobe, including product development, marketing, and sales, to align demo strategies with business objectives.
  • Collaborate with external partners to apply their expertise and resources for successful demos. Documentation and Reporting:
  • Document standard methodologies, processes, and lessons learned for future reference.
  • Provide regular reports and updates on demo performance and resource utilization. What you need to succeed
  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Proven experience in project management, particularly in a technical or software-related context.
  • Strong understanding of Adobe XD, Figma, walnut.io, goconsensus.com, and Adobe’s broader technology stack.
  • Strong communication and social skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively across teams and with external partners.
  • Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently while also being a strong teammate.
  • Familiarity with the pre-sales process and the ability to adapt to changing requirements.

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several U.S. geographic markets, and we pay differently based on those defined markets. The U.S. pay range for this position is $170,300 – $280,300 annually. Pay within this range varies by work location and may also depend on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. At Adobe, starting salaries for sales roles are expressed as total target compensation (TTC = base + commission), and short-term incentives are sales commission plans. For non-sales roles, starting salaries are expressed as base salaries, and short-term incentives are the Annual Incentive Plan (AIP).

In addition, certain roles may be eligible for long-term incentives, such as a new hire equity award.
