An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Service Support Analyst to join NHS England’s Workforce Training and Education, Data & Analytics Team. The successful candidate will provide key support in service desk management and IT troubleshooting, handling requests, and ensuring service delivery within agreed SLAs. Key responsibilities include triaging incoming requests, assigning tasks to technicians, escalating urgent issues, and providing clear guidance to users. The role also involves maintaining logs, supporting training materials creation, and offering responsive services for workforce data requests.

Key Responsibilities:

Triage and assign incoming service requests

Escalate urgent issues to relevant teams

Provide support in resolving complex service desk queries

Log and update requests, ensuring user communication is clear

Create training materials for end users and offer technical support

Qualifications and Experience:

Intermediate knowledge of MS Office packages

Proven experience using a Service Desk

Experience working with stakeholders to address their needs and providing support

Visa Sponsorship: Available (Subject to meeting Home Office requirements for Skilled Worker route)
