La Rosa Gardens (La Rosa) is seeking applications for the position of Site Manager.

If you are motivated, resourceful, and possess the right qualifications please apply for our management position.  The Manager oversees the operations of our seniors’ boutique accommodation of 60 units/suites providing combined supportive housing and assistive living. We are located in Ladysmith (Vancouver Island) and serve primarily the Central Island communities.

We are interested in finding someone that has a winning personality, and is a fun-loving leader, but still ensures we meet the necessary standards expected of us. And, we want someone who brings new ideas to enrich our already amazing community lifestyles.

Applicants must have the appropriate education and experience related to seniors’ care, support, and housing. Compensation is dependent on the successful applicant’s attributes, work history, and demonstration to perform the duties of the position.

The Employer, completely at their own discretion through the applicant’s CV and interview process, will determine if the applicant meets all the requirements and conditions before offering that person the position of Site Manager. Other conditions may also apply.
