Denbies Wine Estate, one of England largest vineyards is currently recruiting for an experienced Sous Chef for our Restaurants. This is an exciting opportunity to work in fast-growing location and with a very motivated and passionate team. You will be expected to produce high-quality fresh food.

  • You will be creative, innovative and responsible for your own section and keep all standards throughout the kitchen high.
  • To serve and prepare food that should be served promptly and presented professionally.
  • Work alongside the Executive Head Chef in developing new menus.

Previous Sous Chef experience is required in Banqueting & Restaurants.

This role also provides Live In Accommodation.

This is a Full-Time position working five days out of seven, including weekends, and occasional evenings on a 40-hour contract per week.
