About the Role:

Aston University seeks a compassionate and skilled Student Wellbeing Chaplaincy Coordinator to support the Head of Student Well-being in leading the Chaplaincy Well-being Service. As part of the Student Life and Chaplaincy teams, you will manage a team of chaplains, oversee daily operations, and implement initiatives that foster the mental, emotional, and spiritual well-being of Aston University students.

Your responsibilities will include managing spiritual guidance services, overseeing well-being activities, and offering direct pastoral care to students. You will also provide administrative support and contribute to the development of wellness programs at the Martin Luther King Multi-Faith Centre.

Qualifications:
Ideal candidates will have experience in chaplaincy, higher education, or a similar setting, along with strong communication and mentoring skills.

Visa Sponsorship:
While the salary is below the typical threshold for Skilled Worker sponsorship, Aston University may sponsor candidates who meet specific criteria, including being under 26, holding a relevant PhD, having a recent Student or Graduate visa, or already residing in the UK on a Tier 2/Skilled Worker visa.
