Student Experience Co-Ordinator Grade 6
Full TimeBookmark Details
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a customer focused, highly organised and dedicated team leader to join the University of Liverpoolยฟs triple-accredited Management School (ULMS). You will be working alongside another grade 6 coordinator to manage a team of highly motivated and professional Student Experience Administrators, who provide administrative support relating to two key elements of the student journey: assessment and programme administration.
This is a busy, varied and specialist role, which will offer you the opportunity to lead a team through two relatively complex and high-volume areas of the student journey, focusing particularly on postgraduate programmes. Careful coordination and efficient organisation are essential in student-related processes which involve such significant numbers: 7 undergraduate programmes (c.3200 students) and 24 postgraduate programmes (c.1500 students), noting that 50% of the overall student cohort is international. The assessment process alone (not just end of semester exams ยฟ coursework submissions, midterms etc too!) requires meticulous attention to detail with this number of students studying across c.350 modules. Thatยฟs a lot of students, but as every student journey is different, so your contribution to the team in ensuring that every studentยฟs experience is a positive one, will really matter.
If youยฟre looking for experience of line managing a professional team of administrators who support a broad selection of key points in a studentยฟs Liverpool journey, youยฟve found the right role! You should be an excellent communicator, have the ability to manage and motivate staff and prioritise their workload and your own. To be successful, you will have a commitment to team work, be prepared to think creatively and challenge appropriately and also display a consistent ability to produce a high quantity of accurate work. Most of all, you will share our commitment to providing the highest levels of customer service.
You should have 3 GCSEs at Grade C or above (or equivalent) including English Language, a Degree (or equivalent qualification or relevant professional experience) and evidence of a commitment to continuous professional development.
For full details of the role and criteria for applying, please ensure that you have read the job description. For further information about the School, please refer to the Management School website.
