Your Mission

What You’ll Do
- Strategic Recruitment: Develop and execute comprehensive resourcing plans, including skill screening and psychometric evaluations.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with hiring managers to understand role requirements and improve recruitment services.
- Innovative Sourcing: Utilise various recruitment channels and develop creative strategies to attract candidates, especially for hard-to-fill roles.
- Direct Hiring Focus: Increase direct hires through strategic sourcing, promoting internal opportunities, and managing the employee referral program.
- Data-Driven Insights: Compile and communicate key recruitment KPIs, using data to drive continuous improvement.
- Candidate Experience: Manage candidate relationships throughout the hiring process, ensuring a positive experience.
