Veterinary Surgeon – Split Clinic Role

Location: Shrewsbury and Telford, Shropshire

Job Overview:

An exciting opportunity to join Animal Trust’s Shropshire team as a Veterinary Surgeon. This split role offers the chance to work between a state-of-the-art 24/7 hospital in Shrewsbury and a growing clinic in Telford. The role includes a mix of routine consultations, surgeries, and emergency care.

At the Telford clinic, you’ll perform routine consultations and emergency treatments for two days a week. At the Shrewsbury hospital, your role will focus on emergency care and inpatients for one day, and routine consultations and surgeries for another.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide routine and emergency consultations and surgeries.

Work collaboratively with a team of experienced professionals, including certificate holders.

Support clinical excellence in a non-hierarchical, inclusive environment.

Use digital X-ray, dental X-ray, and ultrasound as part of diagnostics and treatment.
