IT Support Officer (NSW)

Overview:

Reporting to the Service Delivery Manager, the IT Support Officer will deliver high-quality helpdesk and onsite support for Arcare and Knowles Group teams. You will triage and resolve IT requests via the ITSM tool, install and configure communications equipment onsite, and participate in IT projects such as hardware rollouts. The role is full-time and includes remote work and essential site visits.
