Our Inclusion, Diversity, Equity, and Action (IDEA) function was officially formed in November 2020.
Along with several advisory, steering, and work committees, we are making systemic changes to embed IDEA into our company and collective through our Impact Agenda and have activated significant initiatives to fulfill our mission and commitments.
