Exciting opportunities have arisen for Community Healthcare Assistants to join Pearl Care Professionals Ltd. We provide urgent and planned care to clients living in their own homes. Pearl Care Professionals Ltd support adults and children with various levels of care needs. We are specialists in palliative and end of life care. We strive to deliver the highest standard of care, with a proactive and forward-thinking approach. We also support clients with their day-to-day tasks such as: administering medication; personal care needs; meal planning and preparation; support with household chores; assist with moving in or around the home and accessing the community. We provide help and general companionship whenever necessary. Our professional care teams are led and guided by senior experienced nurses.

· Have excellent English and ability to communicate verbally and have good written skills.
· Work flexibly within a busy, demanding environment with the ability to develop new skills and working patterns.
· To work alone and to work as part of a team.
· Have a full driving license; have vehicle access and/or be able to meet the travel requirements of the post. If you do not drive, please say how you intend to travel to our clients.
· Agree to an enhanced DBS check.
· Have the right to work in the UK.

This post involves working in Regulated Activity under the Safeguarding and Vulnerable Groups Act 2006 and is subject to an enhanced DBS with barred list check (i.e. adults, children, or both).
