About the Role

The Director of Operations / General Manager will be based in London, UK and will report to the VP of International Operations.

The General Manager will:

. Be responsible for the day-to-day operation of both Pharmacy and Fulfillment Operations.

. Oversee long-term scalability of the London location to support growing business needs.

. Manage personnel in the facility, with staff reporting under their purview.

. Partner cross-functionally to lead network support staff on all relevant investments, functionality enhancements, and business changes impacting the London operation, staff, and facility.

You Will

. Have full responsibility for the P&L performance of the London operation and facility, including both variable and fixed costs.

. Be responsible for all staff, personnel interactions, and overall facility culture within the London facility.

. Hire and develop all operational staff to scale the facility and support business growth and initiatives.

. Oversee day-to-day operational flow to ensure the facility operates at budget, meets daily customer demand, maintains a safe environment, and upholds high-quality standards.

. Ensure a successful Pharmacy, Fulfillment, and Compounding operation.

. Scale both process flows and technology needs to meet or exceed short-term and long-term business requirements.

. Partner closely with the VP of Pharmacy Fulfilment, VP of Pharmacy Enablement, VP of Growth, Director of Customer Success, and relevant technical partners.

. Provide guidance and strategy to the VP of International Operations.

. Institute a continuous improvement environment using methodologies such as Kaizen, Gemba, and Six Sigma.

. Escalate critical business needs and risks through the organizational chain.

. Drive and nurture a culture of collaboration, professionalism, and resourcefulness at the London operation.

You Have

. Bachelor’s Degree in Operations, Supply Chain, or relevant field, or equivalent experience.

. 7–10 years of experience in leading and operating production, fulfillment, strategy, and personnel management in a fast-paced mail-order pharmacy or Retail Ecommerce environment.

. Comfort working in a fluid and ambiguous environment while managing fluctuating priorities.

. Experience in managing Capital Investments of £20M+ annually.

. Strong communication skills with the ability to influence and drive internal & external decisions.

. Experience leading staff of 50+ employees.

Compensation

. Range: £100,000 – £130,000
