Overview:

Work Centre Ltd is looking for a marketing executive to develop and implement strategies to attract both job seekers and employers. Responsibilities are multifaceted, focusing on enhancing the agency’s visibility, promoting its services, and ensuring effective communication with various stakeholders.

Duties:

  • Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies to promote the agency’s services.
  • Maintain and enhance the agency’s brand identity, ensuring consistency across all marketing materials and communications.
  • Manage the agency’s online presence, including the website, social media platforms, and online job boards.
  • Oversee the creation of engaging and relevant content for various platforms, including blog posts, articles, social media posts, and newsletters.
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns to increase brand awareness and engagement.
  • Plan and execute advertising campaigns across various channels, including print, online, and social media.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and competitive landscape.
  • Plan and coordinate recruitment events, job fairs, webinars, and other promotional activities.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners.
  • Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.
  • Collaborate with recruitment consultants and other internal teams to align marketing strategies with business goals.

Requirements:

  • 2-4 years of experience in similar role
  • Skilled in analyzing marketing data and drawing relevant conclusions
  • Experience with Adobe Creative Suite for content creation is advantageous
  • Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with team members and external partners
  • Proficiency in marketing software and tools
  • Strong organizational skills to manage deadlines and priorities effectively
  • Excellent time management abilities to ensure timely delivery of projects
  • Proficient in written and spoken English, with a focus on B2B communication

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From £28,000.00 per year
