Salary range: FTE £27,082 – £32,068, Band 5 Therapy Pay scale (pro rata salary range for term time only)

St Mary’s School is looking to recruit an enthusiastic Physiotherapist with demonstrable interest in, or experience of, working with pupils with complex SEN needs, including speech, language and communication needs.

St Mary’s school is a non-maintained residential SEN school that meets the needs of a wide range of pupils from KS2 to KS5 with SEND. Our pupils are a delight to work with and we have a highly positive staff team.

You will be a member of a multidisciplinary staff team, responsible for assessing, planning and delivering individualised intervention programmes for a defined caseload. You will work with children individually or in small groups within classroom-based sessions and specialist therapy spaces to maximise independence skills. You may also be responsible for line management for physio assistants and the delivery of staff training.

HCPC registration is essential. Experience of working in an educational setting is desirable. NQ therapists are welcome to apply.
