About the role:

This is a supportive working environment where your efforts are recognised and rewarded, the main focus for this role is providing a high level of customer service to our guests. This position is people-oriented, based in the main guest areas of the hotel you will provide extra support to the existing teams, by assisting residents and guests of the hotel with enquiries and challenges they may experience. The main tasks will be to produce written incident reports and statements, complete floor walks and checks of the hotel and secure the building and contents. Working with Managers and team members to resolve a range of issues from noise problems to more demanding and confidential issues, you will be able to handle a mix of clients from large corporate groups through to VIP and high-profile clients.

 

Working on a full-time, permanent basis, 45 hours per week. Shift pattern to include four on, four off covering a 24/7 operation. Additional shifts are available, subject to business needs.

About you:

Previous experience in a similar role is required, working within a hotel Security operation would be an advantage. You will be a team player, who can be flexible to meet our guest’s needs. A confident level of verbal and written English is a must, as are basic computer skills and an eye for detail and high standards.

 

Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills are also a necessity for this role, the ideal candidate will be well-presented, and approachable.

 

A current SIA qualification and badge in Door Supervision is a must, as is a full, clean UK driving licence.

 

A First Aid at Work qualification is advantageous.
