Specialist Midwife – Practice Development

Job Description

37.5 hours per week.

In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing, completing, and reporting on practice development within the maternity service. You will work closely with the multi professional team to formulate training programs and provide support to the maternity and obstetric teams. Working with the wider team, you will also support the retention of midwives through the development and ongoing support of midwives including those who are newly qualified or new to the organization.
