About the opportunity

Our Works and Operations teams are growing! We are currently seeking a Truck Driver/Labourer to work within Works and Operations supporting our pavement sealing team. In this position, you will be responsible for the operation of the Pavement Sealing truck, conveyor, and emulsion system.

This role is hands-on, we are searching for someone who loves working outdoors and is not afraid to get their hands dirty. In this role, you will also undertake general laboring duties associated with heavy patching and minor civil works.

Total Remuneration: $62,476 – $72,184 per annum (see below for breakdown)

  • Base Salary: $55,145 – $63,852 per annum
  • Plus 11.5% superannuation ($6,444 – $7,445)
  • Plus Adverse Working Conditions Allowance: ($887.40)

This role also has the potential to undertake up to 5 hours of overtime per week ($10,883 – $12,602 per annum based on a 5-hour range – on top of the total remuneration above)
